We are a friendly and inclusive school at the heart of the rural community in the beautiful village of Braishfield in the Test Valley. At Braishfield Primary, we believe every child should feel happy, valued and inspired to achieve their very best.

Our vision is simple but powerful: we inspire a love of learning, nurture kindness and courage, and help every child be ready to learn and to be their best every day.

We want every child at Braishfield to love learning. Through a rich and engaging curriculum, we inspire curiosity, creativity and a lifelong passion for discovery. We encourage children to explore, question and develop imaginative and inquisitive minds.

We also believe every child should feel that they belong and feel safe. Working closely in partnership with parents and carers, we create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone is valued and able to be themselves. Kindness and respect for others underpin all that we do.

As a small school with big ambitions, we encourage our pupils to be brave and ready for the future. We support children to develop the confidence to take risks in their learning. We want them to understand that mistakes are part of learning and that courage and determination help us grow.
